Rental, Service, and Non-Refund Policy
Rentals and Services
We kindly request that you take a moment to review the following important information before signing any Client Agreements with us.
1. We would greatly appreciate it if you could return the rented items on the agreed-upon date. If you are unable to do so, please inform us beforehand. Failure to return the items on the scheduled date will result in a charge of the total price of the rented items to your card on file.
2. We understand that providing us with your card information via our website or PayPal is an act of trust. Rest assured that the rental policy remains consistent with the terms and conditions mentioned above. Please be aware that once your card is on file, you are responsible for any damages, loss, or stains that may occur to the rented items while they are in your possession.
3. In the unlikely scenario that any rented items are torn, broken, lost, or stained, we kindly request that you notify us right away. You will be billed the full price of the item/items as mentioned above, using the same payment method.
Please remember that the merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was rented to you.
We are grateful for your cooperation and appreciate your selection of our rental services. If you have any queries or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
4. When the customer has agreed by place their card on file our website or PayPal, the rental policy the same as the terms and conditions.
Note: Once your card is filed, you are under the agreement if any damages, loss, or stain the broken or non-returned items to our company.
If items are torn, broken, lost, or stained, the customer will pay the total price of the item/items as mentioned above using the same method of payment. The merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was rented to the customer.
