Rental and Service Policy
Please review the following terms and conditions carefully prior to entering into any Client Agreement with Designing with Latisha McKinney.
Rental Items and Return Obligations
All rented items must be returned on the agreed upon return date specified in the Client Agreement. Should a delay in return be anticipated, the client must notify Designing with Latisha McKinney in advance. Failure to return rented items by the agreed upon date, without prior written notice, will result in the full retail value of the item or items being charged to the payment method on file.
Authorization and Card on File
By submitting payment information through our website or PayPal, the client authorizes Designing with Latisha McKinney to retain a card on file and to process charges in accordance with this policy. Once a card is on file, the client assumes full financial responsibility for all rented items while in their possession, including but not limited to damage, loss, stains, breakage, or failure to return items.
Damaged, Lost, or Stained Items
In the event that any rented item is damaged, torn, broken, lost, or stained, the client is required to notify Designing with Latisha McKinney immediately. The full retail value of the affected item or items will be charged to the payment method on file. All rental merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was originally provided, ordinary wear and tear excepted unless otherwise stated in writing.
Agreement and Acknowledgment
Placement of a card on file constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all rental policies, terms, and conditions set forth by Designing with Latisha McKinney. The client agrees to be financially responsible for any damaged, lost, stained, broken, or non returned items.
Non Refund and Non Return Policy
Designing with Latisha McKinney maintains a strict non refund and non return policy.
All service packages, rendered services, event design services, handcrafted or customized items, materials, date holds, programs, memberships, events cancelled by the client, and any breach of contract are non refundable and non returnable under all circumstances.
Clients are responsible for reviewing all service details, policies, and agreements prior to purchase or booking. Acceptance of services constitutes agreement to these terms. This policy is in place to ensure consistent, fair, and sustainable business practices.
